The MT Thunder 4 SV MIL in matt grey is the fourth generation and is renowned for its excellent fit and high-quality finish. One area for improvement is that this helmet is manufactured in two different shell sizes: one shell for sizes S and M, and one shell for sizes L, XL and 2XL. The reason for this is to optimise comfort and fit as much as possible. The shell is made from a combination of polymers that offers excellent protection in the event of an accident or a fall from the scooter.

MT-ESP, extendable sun visor Fitted with a retractable sun visor that you can pull down if the sun is bothering you. The sun visor acts like a pair of sunglasses and prevents glare from the sun. The sun visor gives you a better view of the road compared to wearing a helmet without one, making it much safer. MT-QVSS, visor fitting/removal This MT Thunder 4 SV MIL full-face helmet in matt grey is fitted with a visor fitting and removal system designed by MT. Thanks to MT’s new system, you can quickly and easily swap the visor on your helmet for a new one or a different one without having to take the helmet off your head. MT-AFCS, ventilation The helmet has been extensively tested in a wind tunnel. This has enabled MT to determine how air flows past the helmet. By analysing these airflows, MT has been able to ensure minimal air resistance and to incorporate several ventilation channels into the helmet. You can open the ventilation channels manually, allowing you to feel fresh air flowing through the helmet. Opening the ventilation is certainly advisable on hot, sunny days, as it cools the helmet and lowers the temperature inside. MT-MDHC, double tooth lock The helmet’s chin strap fastening features a double-tooth clasp. The fastening system, designed by MT, ensures that the clasp cannot open unintentionally. This prevents the helmet’s fastening from opening by accident. This fastening offers a balance between comfort and safety. Removable inner lining The inner lining is designed to fit each helmet size, ensuring a comfortable fit and promoting moisture-wicking. Every now and then, it’s a good idea to give the lining a wash. The inner lining is easy to remove from the helmet and can be washed by hand.
